In Tanzania, nearly one woman dies every hour from birth-related complications. This alarming reality highlights the urgent need for improved maternal care in a country with one of the highest birth rates globally. 

Uganda is facing a severe water crisis, which contributes to most common, yet preventable deaths among children under the age of 5. We are partnering with All For One Austria to support water well infrastructure to provide access to clean drinking water for local communities. 

High birth rates in developing countries can lead to a host of challenges, from limited access to medical care for mothers and children, to a scarcity of educational opportunities, and a deepening cycle of poverty that can be hard to break.

One hygiene kit includes: a toothbrush and paste, pads, soap, sponge, nail cutter, 2 rolls of toilet paper, a jerrican 20L, a big basket for washing (clothes, dishes, kids).

Which costs 20 Euros ($21.62) per kit.

Our goal is to raise 100 hygiene kits: $2,162 (with an extra $200 to cover all taxes, transaction fees and transfer fees) in the next few months.

In January of 2024 , we had a mission to fully fund one of the malnutrition projects that The East Bali Poverty Project was working on.

This malnourishment project begins in April 2024 and will be helping dozens of children in the Ban village for the course of 6 months, where there is severe malnourishment going on due to lack of proper water, food and health care.

Casas de Luz focuses on community growth in the city of Tijuana - where the standard of living is incomparable to most United States areas. What began as a yearly project to build a home, is now a recurring event in which volunteers come together to build a stable living space for a family in need.
