Reproductive Care is a Human Right.

With U.S. funding cuts threatening global health programs and access to care stripped from millions at home and abroad, women and children are paying the price. ACTUM Giving's Access Denied campaign exists to change that.

We are proud to partner with CCRBT and Global Impact Project this summer for a series of NYC fundraising and advocacy events. We also stand in strong support of Planned Parenthood, whose essential services, from preventive care to abortion, remain a lifeline for millions of people across the country.

Comprehensive Community Based Rehabilitation Tanzania

Tanzania, Africa

CCRBT works end obstetric fistula, a devastating and largely preventable childbirth injury that leaves women in chronic pain, isolated, and often abandoned by their communities. 90% of births among women experiencing obstetric fistula result in the loss of the baby. Through surgical repair and wraparound support, CCRBT restores health and dignity to women who have been failed by systems never built for them.

Recent USAID funding cuts have drastically impacted their ability to reach the women who need them most, making community support more critical than ever.

Global Impact Project

Houston, Texas

Global Impact Project is organizing a pop-up clinic in Houston, Texas to bring free health services directly to women at the TLW Transformation Shelter, including blood panels, mental health support, and care centered around sexual trauma and reproductive health.

By meeting women where they are, GIP is breaking down the barriers that keep vulnerable communities from accessing the care they deserve.

Planned Parenthood

United States

Planned Parenthood provides essential reproductive healthcare to millions across the United States, including preventive care, STI testing, contraception, and abortion services. For many patients, it is their only point of access to healthcare at all. The 2019 Title X "gag rule" stripped roughly $60 million in funding and cut services for 1.6 million patients.

Now, the proposed One Big Beautiful Bill threatens to block Medicaid reimbursements to Planned Parenthood entirely, putting care for low-income patients at serious risk.

Summer 2026 Events in NYC

This summer, we are bringing people together across New York City to raise funds and raise awareness. Join us for a sponsored yoga and wellness event, a community gathering with our partner organizations, and a bar benefit night. More details coming soon.

ACTUM Giving partners with Lasting Change, enabling people to round up spare change to support human rights projects.

Round up your spare change and direct it toward reproductive rights, maternal health, and the women and children who need it most. As access to reproductive care faces growing attacks, community support has never been more critical. Lasting Change makes giving sustainable so the work never stops. Join our goal of 100 new Lasting Change members this summer.
